This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns Procedure
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and we would hope to resolve any problems you may have.
Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of purchase and a valid receipt. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel an order after dispatch, only the product costs will be refunded upon receipt of returned goods as Your Local Pharmacy Group does not refund postal charges. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods were received in error.
The returned item(s) must be as new, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. For health protection and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on certain medical or personal care items (* see below for further details) that have been opened or any product with a hygiene seal that has been broken (unless you are returning them because they are damaged or faulty). All refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Any returned items must be received within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or replacement. Should you wish to return an item(s) between 14-28 days, we will be happy to exchange for items of the same value or a credit note. Return must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Unfortunately, items not accompanied by an original sales receipt cannot be accepted for refund/exchange.
The cost of returning unwanted items is at your expense and as we do not offer a collection service you should use your own carrier. We recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a “Proof of Posting”, as until the parcel is received by us at the above address, it will remain your responsibility.
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Your Local Pharmacy Group will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, Your Local Pharmacy Group will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned item, refund the customer for the cost of their second order and for their return postage.
Any items damaged during returned due to may only receive a part refund at Your Local Pharmacy Group’s discretion, to cover any loss to repair the items.
*The Following Items cannot be returned within the terms of our returns policy:
- Your Local Pharmacy Group Gift Vouchers.
- Medicines.
- Pierced Earrings.
- Made-to-measure goods (such as personalised giftware).
- Sale, clearance or end of line items.
- Free Items.
*The Following Items can only be returned within the terms of our returns policy if they are in their original condition and for hygiene or safety reasons have not been worn, opened, assembled or used and any seals on the product remain unbroken.
- Cosmetics.
- Fragrances.
- Personal Grooming Products
- Hair and Body Accessories
- Handbags and Jewellery.
How to Return:
Please inform us of your intent to return the unwanted product or item so we can solve this matter quickly and efficiently. The following information is required when you contact us: (a) Your order reference number (b) Your telephone and contact details. Items purchased online can be returned instore to any Your Local Pharmacy Group for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
- All refunds will be via card only, no cash refunds will be provided.
- It is our policy to refund the original form of payment, so the store will not refund you. We will refund to the credit card which was used as payment through our website using the secure online payment system.
- Items returned must be as new, in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
- All items returned must be in line with the returns policy of Your Local Pharmacy Group.
- All returns to store must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery docket received with your order.
