Benylin Chesty Coughs Original Syrup is a medicine that is used to help relieve chesty coughs. Benylin gives symptomatic relief from an irritating cough, and so aiding a restful night’s sleep. Benylin’s formulation starts working the moment you swallow, to soothe and ease your throat.

It contains Diphenhydramine (an antihistamine) that helps relieve coughing and dry secretions in the nose and chest and Levomenthol to help you breathe more easily by easing congestion.

You must be aged over 18 years to purchase this product. This product is a medicine and can only be sold within Ireland. Purchase of this product is limited to one per order.

Directions for Use

Adults and Children aged 12 years and over: Two 5ml spoonfuls four times a day. Leave 4-6 hours between doses.
Do not give to children under 12 years old.
Do not use more than 4 doses in 24 hours.

Warnings

Do not exceed the stated dose.
May cause drowsiness.
If affected, do not drive or operate machinery.
Avoid alcoholic drink.
This product may potentiate the effects of alcohol and other central nervous system depressants.
Children over 12yrs should be supervised whilst taking this product.
